How to apply for a PhD or postdoc with me at the University of Edinburgh?

I have several PhD and postdoc positions on efficient architectures of foundation models (with a focus on adative memory and tokenizer-free architectures) as part of the ERC project AToM-FM. You will be considered for this scholarship automatically when applying to the ILCC PhD programme.

In addition, there are two main PhD programmes fully funded by the University: a 3-year PhD at the Institute for Language, Cognition and Computation (ILCC) and a 4-year PhD with integrated study at the Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in Designing Responsible NLP.
